Upload speeds not guaranteed according to Rain

I've had speed issues for the last month having below 1mbs on upload on a 60/30 logged ***6 / ***8 / ***0 , got called once and received multiple courtesy messages asking me to test and that ",we moved you to a different tower" fix that doesn't do anything than make me ask why all your towers are providing 1mbs. The speed package is a **** if I'm being told all is fine with the download and you cannot guarantee upload speeds. To say that and provide 1mbs is just *******. I no longer want to be contacted, I just want others to know to get the lowest package because they base the faster packages on prayers and hope
