Upload speed

My wife works and my upload speed is always under 5mbps and my download is working perfectly.

Can you please do something

Don't come with stories. I have done that so many times. This is not working and I know from your side you can do something. There's no way download can be so good and upload not.

Still the same and worse because iv been having more than 50mbps now you having to refresh made things worse.
