Upgraded without my knowledge
I have had constant issues with this service provider. My laptop is unable to even pick up the connection in the house but can pick up all my neighbors wifi. I'm recieving notifications that iv upgraded to a premium home package for R999 a month when I never requested an upgrade and should be on the R499 package. The internet is slow and keeps buffering. Iv logged a support and billing ticket numerous times with no response. The service is pathetic and I'm disgusting at the fact that they are trying to rob people by upgrading them without their knowledge. Sickening

As for the upgrade it shows I will need to pay for services on the 1st of July when I only have one service. Why am I receiving this notification? Please advise what package it shows I am on
