Upgraded to slower internet

We have been using Rain's unlimited off peak package for over a year. They recently brought out a 24hr unlimited package which we "upgraded to". As soon as we did this our internet connection slowed down significantly. We are now unable to even watch 360p quality videos without it buffering. I sent an email which I got no response to. We require fast internet for our work, and this is very disappointing.
