Upgraded disaster. Global mess. From Rain to Tsunami
I wish I didn't have to pick a star. Since my last review RAIN has fallen from bad to worse. I try calling but it a global call centre now you speak to mostly people in India and they can only log a call with no call backs. My account is being debited and I can no longer dispute the deduction as they have been soft log now.
