Upgraded and now i need the 4G to be cancelled

I know people and companies are busy but one never gets through to rain, they will literally call you two days after a query has been made but to make a sale they quick to call

I have have upgraded to to 5G and i need the 4G to be cancelled.

In my opinion, the delay it so that i have to pay for both 4G AND 5G
