Upgrade for being a loyal customer but has never ever worked!

Rain's service is an absolute abomination! If I could give them a rating of a negative or lower, I would! They're completely incapable of empathy, utterly clueless about customer needs. They only reach out when it suits them, pretending to care, but it's all a farce! I've been screaming about my non-existent connection for days, and they still can't be bothered to fix it. Their so-called 'concern' is a joke! They know they can't resolve the issue, but they'll waste your time with empty promises. I wanted to rate them 0 stars, but unfortunately, that wasn't an option - and honestly, even one star is too generous. I'd never, ever recommend Rain to my worst enemy.
