Updating Banking Details

I have tried updating the banking details for Rain on my daughter's account as she is a student and I pay her data. They say that I can update the details on the account when I log in. I cannot as I am trying for the last two months. When I call they do not assist me and say they cannot help me, I am the mother and I pay the account. How the hell can they ask her to confirm?
