Update the status of my delivery
I ordered a sim on 25 September 2020, received my sim from Ram on 28 September 2020. I have been waiting on the Rica sms but I haven't received anything for 15hrs now and on the Rain website under my order it still says they are preparing my order whereas I have received it. Please help activate my sim.
