UPDATE: RAIN IS A WASTE OF MONEY (IT GETS WORSE)

I wrote a review about a week ago and expressed how their signal is terrible and no support from them, turns out their support is even worse. I got a reply on the review and they asked for my email and residential address, after providing them with that I was told they don't see any problem. They proceeded to tell me to switch off my device and switch it back on AND POINT IN THE DIRECTION OF THE SIGNAL TOWER. What mediocrity is this? The fact that I followed this ridiculous advice and still experience poor signal makes me frustrated even further. a simple task as downloading a picture from iCloud the network takes several minutes. I still stand on what I wrote on my previous review, RAIN IS A WASTE OF MONEY.
