Update my account and change my debit date

My router was collected yesterday by CCD Couriers and the surname that was on their pick up slip was Mphahlele instead of Gwangwa. Please update my account and give me the updated amount for payment. my account still reflects R1113.23 of which R133 was paid in December. I have asked them several times to change my debit date to the 31 or 01st as I am getting paid on the last day of the month yesterday they tried to debit 3x times and there was no money in the account. I am very disappointed with your services the experience that I received from Rain is not what I expected. I just want my account to be fixed and I want you to explain where does this R1113.23 comes from cos I am supposed to pay R595 this month.
