Unwarranted/Unfair Billing

Money deducted from my account even worst is that the deduction happened outside the agreed billing date. Despite that, I still have no internet connection. Why would Rain bill for the month wherein there was no internet usage still buffles me. My attempts to get answers were just an exercise in futility. I was put on hold for close to 10minutes then my call hung up.
