Unusable
I ordered the R479 rain package just over 8 days ago and have been struggling to do anything with how bad the signal is. The bandwidth does not even go anywhere near 10Mbps and I often find myself using less than 0.5Mbps and the speed even went as low as 0.09 Mbps and that is unbearably slow. I can't continue to use this product, it's a waste of my time and money. I tried to contact them about getting a refund and I still haven't received any support.

13 Dec 2021, 13:08My area is not the issue so giving my address doesn't fix the issue what I need is a refund, your services are really unusable. I've sent multiple messages via rain.co.za but still nothing, it has been over 24 hours since I sent them without a response.
