Good day.

I have an account with rain - Month to Month deal.

I stopped using their services at some point because of financial constraints. To the best of my knowledge , they do not provide you with a service if you have not paid for that particular month. This was also confirmed when I signed for the deal.

They later started sending me invoices for an amount of +-R2 600.00.

When i queried the matter , I was told that they kept my account opened and continued to bill me. I am told that i need to pay the amount regardless of whether or not I used their services and that they will not go back and forth with me.

This should be a month to month deal. Not a contract. Why would they activate my account and bill me when they could not find money in my account.

I read their terms and conditions it does mention that my account will remain active until i cancel but It also states that If i do not pay then they will stop my services.

This matter has been going on close to 2 years and i am not getting any assistance.

I went for a month to month deal because I did not want a contract. I wanted to pay and get the service i have paid for.

They kept on deactivating and activating my account at will so to grill me without my consent
