Good dag Normally I can suspend my usage with rain and disconnect the service from my app like I wanted. Nowadays there is only a option to cancel the sim. I called in and ask to have my account suspended last month and i was told they will sothat I can use my sim in the future when i want. But on the 1st of the month my sim was still working and I refuse to pay the service this month after I have already made arrangements to suspend my account.
