I bought the Rain unlimited data sim on the 25 of july online from the Rain dashboard. The sim was delivered on the 28 of july by courier campany. Later on the same day I got a message saying that my sim was activated, so when inserted the sim on my phone, I got other message saying that I'll recieving my settings shortly thn I can start using the sim. I patiently waited till on the 3rd of this month, later I decided to call their call centre, reception all of them, the phones are on answering machine which stated that I should write to them online on my dashboard. I think exactly that and shortly recieved an email stating that an agent will get back to me after 24-48 hours.

On the same day I emailed them but no respond even today. My issue is that I've already paid for it and still today is NOT WORKING.

All of this is costly and at the same time I'm falling behind with my school work and that on its own is kicking me out of my educational opportunities.

kindly asking Hellopeter to aid me, to get my money back or rain should "activate" my sim and also cover all the money I've already used trying to get hold of them.
