Untrusted service provider and ****ed up service
I Requested a cancellation of my service and Router on the 17th of April and i was told someone will call me to finalise the cancellation , i have packed the Router in a box that it came with to date as i write this review no one from rain has bothered to call me.

this is my third attempt to get my account cancelled, why is it that i have to come to hello peter to get you guys to respond. I'm still waiting for your guys to pick the router, and still it hasn't happen,. is this going to take another year to sort out???????
