unsurprisingly Rain disappoints yet again!

I'm paying for the premium package, 1000 bucks a month which equates to 12K a year! The customer service is non existent, I was promised speeds of atleast 200mbps I'm lucky of I get 5mbps. It is so extremely inconsistent. Stay very far away from Rain. They are completely useless
