Unsuccessfully cancellation and ******** debit

I tried cancelling my subscription from last month and I just couldn’t, no consultant called for the process. They even debited my account twice today which was not my agreement with them. I want my money reversed and the useless subscription cancelled because there’s hardly network available so we just paying for nothing.
