Unstable! SLOW!

I am really fed up with this network provider, i have tolerated them for more than a year, The network is SLOW and UNSTABLE and their support wont do anything to help you.

I am frustrated and angry, They do not live up to their promises and they cannot provide you with a proper connection. I have logged so many queries as my network is completely up to Nonsense. At some stages i got so frustrated with the network that i have completely thrown politeness to the wind! You guys must wake up! more than 4 months bad network.... i think you Guys owe me? Why am i paying You?
