Unstable, No Feedback and Awaiting Refund [Query Number: ***]

They have no sense of urgency, I have contacted them to do a refund on my account but I have not heard anything from them, this is now two weeks that went past and yet there is no communication.

Why am I waiting for a refund you might ask? After I purchased one of their 5G unlimited data deals there were so many times my line dropped that I had no choice other than to ask them to come and collect their device and pay out the refund.

Be careful when joining with rain because you might be disappointed and if you have any issues then no one gets back to you.
