Unstable Network

I've been on the rain network for about 6 Months, at first there was no problems and the speed was great but lately I've been experiencing slow speeds and random blackouts every 20 to 30 minutes, I contacted rain support, supp**** all the information they need and all I got from them is that I should move my router. For 4 months I had no problem and now suddenly I'm experiencing blackouts because my router is in the wrong place? its always been on the same spot. I am sure a few people can agree that the worst and most frustrating thing when it comes to a internet provider is random disconnects . this has been going on for 2 weeks and I'm really starting to get annoyed and over rain.
