Unstable network
I pay R625 monthly and I work from home. The network is very bad , I tried to reach out on WhatsApp I was told to reboot the router I have tried everything still no difference. I tried to call the customer service I was advised to place it next to the window and reboot which I did . I have requested support no service was provided . It’s quite frustrating for the amount I am paying I asked their bot if they can reboot the router on their end I got a generic answer that no and I must try again later . I rely on network because I work from home .

21 Nov 2025, 17:54Good day , thank you for your response please note that I am still experiencing network issues I was unable to work properly today had to relocate to the office because my network was not stable . I received an email from rain a consultant will contact me but nothing happened I requested for support from the router but nothing happened. The service that I am receiving from Rain truly shocking I am not happy as a client especially for the amount that I am paying no guys this is not fair.
