Unstable Internet speeds and useless customer support.

I have received my internet from Rain in December 2020 and the Internet speed since day 1 was below 1mb regardless of full signal strength. I have written countless complaints via email and nothing has been done about it, the internet speed is average 0.6mb in the day time and they have the nerve to send me a invoice. I get 3mb internet speed from 2am till 6am after 6am the internet returns to unable slow with packet loss.

Rain network and its exchange is over run by user traffic and they are not doing anything to provide a better internet service.
