Unstable connection with random blackouts

When rain works, it REALLY works, at my previous apartment I got 30mbps download and upload and the connection was stable and I had no issues. I moved recently and I checked prior to moving if there is rain 5g coverage which there is according to their site. I get here and to my surprise my download speed is still 30mbps but my upload is 0.5mbps which is practically useless. Emails with attachments take forever to go out and uploads are basically impossible and both are crucial to my work. Yesterday and this morning, the service kept going on and off seemingly randomly. It was raining when the issue started and I thought it would get better when the rain stopped but it didn't. It's persisting even now and I'm posting this using my mobile data. I tried the whole "move around your house" and it's simply not working. I will not use a service provider who's performance is dependent on weather conditions, I need a stable and constant connection regardless of what's going on outside. I'm switching to a Fibre ISP (thank God I'm not on contract with Rain) since I had ZERO issues with the previous one the two years I've been with them. Rain is a good idea but it feels like a products that was launched in a not-ready state. If you fix your nonsense, you will literally rule the ISP space but for now DO NOT TOUCH RAIN.

Reviewer Update
5 days later and no reply. I signed up with another ISP for fibre and it was sorted today and works perfectly.

I will not be using or recommending Rain.
