Unsatisfied with the service

They should include 0 as a rating as well because they don’t deserve 1 ,I placed an order on the 13th of March after I discovered that my passport wouldn’t come out before they deliver,I called rain on the same day requesting them to cancel my order,guess what the order was not cancelled,I had to personally follow up all the time until it got cancelled like after 2 weeks now tell me why my refund hasn’t been processed up until now? Rain what are you doing ?are you overwhelmed with the clients you have that you are unable to perform well?

I won’t recommend anyone to you guys,you are under performing 😡
