Unsatisfied rain customer

I would say to anyone who want to use rain wifi never ever.for me they started by being unfaithful they took two weeks to deliver..then now they are taking money from my husband account without permission.and the wifi is too slow we can't even login to Facebook and TikTok.i am not satisfied with anything.i just want to stop them from taking the money and buy another wifi from another company.its only one month but they have shown me flams.😡
