UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Ordered a 4G sim two weeks ago, still no delivery. Logged query a few times on the online support and received a response but still no confirmation of when I will receive delivery. Very frustrating that there are no contact numbers to speak to someone directly! Ram couriers are pathetic with many empty promises to deliver. Have paid for something that i dont even know when I will receiving. "Confused and very irritated client"
