unsatisfied
Good day, I bought a router on the 27th November 2022 and it was a promotion to get the router for 3 free months .Therefore i should not have paid for Dec, Jan and Feb. However money was deducted from my account for Dec, Jan and Feb 23. I was not supposed to pay because of the promotion. i have raised the issue with the service provider however i was not happy with the feedback provided reference no: #*** , I feel that i was ****** and promoting false marketing.

Rain has launched its 2022 Black Friday deals, including a new customer deal for R1 per month with a free three-month speed upgrade. The deal is available until the 30th of November, which existing customers can also take advantage of, and it will upgrade customers on the 5G Basic plan to Rain’s 5G Standard package.
