Unsatisfactory services from Rain

My debit order normally goes off on the 25th of every month, but this month I don’t know what happened but it bounced, so I went on their website and made the payment there. When I got home on Saturday my WiFi wasn’t working, I wrote an email on their support on their website and no one got back to me. Till today my WiFi isn’t working . I tried calling through to their call center but the calls just play the holding music and than go silent after 10 minutes of holding. This is unacceptable and totally unprofessional as this is causing an inconvenience in my household, I have a smart TV therefore i rely on the internet a lot. I’m really upset, I have heard bad reviews about Rain, I want to cancel my subscription as this is too much.
