Unsatisfactory service
I am absolutely disappointed with the service that I have been receiving from rain
They do not respond promptly to queries and I have had no internet for two weeks last month and also this month we have internet issues since Saturday and today is Monday and no communication whatsoever
They keep telling us about a tower issue but their issue is ongoing and the worst part is you still pay them in full yet no service was received
I wouldn’t recommend to someone who does not have rain

How can you respond as “unfortunately “there is no estimated time for repair,if the tower has an issue why is rain still connected to it because this is an ongoing issue
I was not connected for over two weeks last month and within 2 weeks again the same issue happened again
