Unsatisfactory service

This is my second review I write on this service provide, I'm extremely disgruntled at them and how I am being treated, I had my rooter ****** over six months ago, I contacted then to cancel of wich they failed to do, they continued debiting my account, I called they indicated I'm liable to pay an amount of R4000 since the rooter was ****** at my place, I requested they should first refund the amount I paid since I requested to cancel or direct it to the debt I owe, they failed too, I called countless less times, spoke to many agents, promised I'll be called back at one point one of the agent forgot to put me on hold and called her colleges and they had a good laugh about my situation, very dissapointing
