It has been 3 weeks, since you guys said you will fetch your router and refund the money you have been debiting from October. I have not heard from anyone. Or you guys are waiting for month end to debit my money again????

A week later after your router has been collected, no one has called to process my refund. To add on to that R213 was debited again
Give me back my money !!! I cannot follow up every 2nd day
