Unresponsive, terrible speeds, constant disconnects

The worst service I have ever experienced.

Facebook page does not reply. Tickets logged are not attended to or even responded to. Constant disconnects, intermittent speeds and just utterly bad in general. Unfortunately it is the only internet service I have in my area.

Paying for the highest package, and receiving sub-Parr speeds.

Can a manager please contact me via email as I have asked several times as this is absolutely unacceptable
