Unresponsive network
Hi. My wife and I signed up with Rain on the 19 June 2020 for the 4G unlimited Sim. The reason for signing up was to ensure that my children are able to do virtual school without any problems. My problem is that the network is mostly unresponsive during the time my children have to be in virtual school and I have to end up buying data from other network providers. I need Rain to check how they can improve network for us. I stay in Crystal Park in Benoni. If network cannot be improved then can we be notified so that we can sign up with other providers.
