UNRESPONSIVE AND ******ION!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel this service but am not being assisted. I am now being told I am owing R2100, for WHAT when there was no internet working for those months????? I was initially told I am owing Sept, Oct, and Nov. When I sent the proof of payment I was ghosted then someone calls me to tell me I owe for Dec, Jan and Feb. Told her the wifi wasn't working all those months, she says it shows a utilisation on her end. I asked her to extract a report showing those devices that have been using it, she says she can't do that and hangs up. I will NOT be paying a dime for a service not rendered when I requested to cancel and I was being taken from pillar to post! Three months later, it's still the same thing. Yol getting o my nerves!!!! The next call I receive better be to tell me this has been cancelled!
