Unresolved Rain Tower issues forces tenants to migrate to other ISP's

I am a landlord of 3 Blocks of flats in Rosettenville ext JHB,I have successfully referred a number of tenants to subscribe to Rain101. Things were great until recent unresolved problems with the Rain tower just off Lang & Verona streets. As a result these very same tenants are now looking at joining Metro fibre as their ISP. It is a shame because Rain used to be so exceptionally reliable in the area. It takes one unresolved incident like this to force subscribers to migrate to others ISP's.
