Unresolved Rain Network Issues

Dear HelloPeter Team,

I want to express my ongoing disappointment regarding my previous message about my unresolved issues with Rain, as the situation has only worsened. I am still using the outdoor router, and my upload speed continues to be significantly faster than my download speed. However, I primarily rely on download speed for streaming, making this issue extremely frustrating.

The last time I raised this concern, someone from Rain called and assured me that a technician would be sent to my location. However, I have yet to receive that call or see any technician come to fix the issue. I have also tried calling Rain myself multiple times, but I have had no success in reaching them.

The buffering has become unbearable—only one device can stream at a time, and even then, the quality is poor, with constant pixelation. This is unacceptable, considering I am on a package that is supposedly meant to offer the highest speeds. At this point, I truly feel like I am being ****med by Rain, as I am paying for a service but receiving nothing in return.

My family and I rely on this service for entertainment, and all our subscriptions require stable streaming. You can imagine the frustration when we all get home and struggle to watch anything. If Rain cannot resolve this issue, they should be honest about it so I can find another provider.
