Unresolved Issue and Unauthorized Debits

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I logged a ticket last weekend regarding unauthorized debits from my account (Reference Number: ***2), but to date, I have received no feedback or resolution.

Despite not authorizing debits on the specific dates, multiple transactions have gone through, leading to several insufficient fund charges on my account. This is unacceptable and has caused financial strain. I urge you to stop initiating debits without proper authorization and resolve this issue urgently.

Immediate feedback and a refund of the fees incurred would be appreciated.
