It’s 3 weeks without internet after having pain. Every time we call an assistant they say our internet will be back online. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!this is a simple issue that should be easily sorted. First they said it was a billing issue, after checking that billing is not the issue my profile has yet to be updated and internet yet to be turned on!!Rain is the master of telling you something is fixed when it isn’t.

This is a lie this has not been fixed. I would attach the actual screenshot but limited on this device but I will copy the message word for word -
