Unreliable services

I made payment for the 4G unlimited plan and my sim was delivered and activated however it has been saying no service despite me following all the prompts and changing APN etc. After multiple calls and emails I was told there was an issue and they were working to resolve it. 2 days later and no feedback, still no service. Seriously considering canceling, requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere even if I have to pay double the price!
