Unreliable service provider
Very contradictory advisory received when contacting support on email and telephonically... On 2 occasions I've had to ask for call recordings because what is being quoted to me is not what was agreed on - on prior calls. Their cancelation policy seems ambiguous too... In addition to the unreliable coverage, Very ****my service, wouldn't recommend.

29 Jul 2023, 16:10That Too has an outdated amount R11465,5... I could spend the entire day giving you examples of how you guys drop the ball. All I need is to settlee and have someone collect the router. If you don't have an accounting system that can provide a statement, have someone sit and compile it.

15 Aug 2023, 09:00Feedback, we are nearing 3 weeks and no one at RAIN could be bothered that they are using a calculator to manage our accounts. No one can give me a clear statement of the outstanding balance... When we EVENTUALLY get over this hill I will get 7 different stories on the cancelation policy! A true fly by night this, not an actual company
