Unreliable service Provider! Debiting accounts after cancellation

I’ve cancelled my contract with Rain in March 2022, however, Rain is still debiting my account. I have called them several times to arrange for collection of the router and a refund. I have received nothing but empty promises from the consultants . This unreliable company owes me over R7000! Signing up for Rain is very easy but when you cancel they will ghost you, I have logged more than 5 calls online already and made phone calls,wasting my airtime . I do not recommend Rain at all!Many people are complaining about the same issue.
