Unreliable service provider

I have since been waiting for Rain to contact regarding network issues. Noone from Rain is contacting me, their contact number is frustrating one stands on the line forever. The support page is forever giving reference number saying "help is on the way" but there is no help. I am tired and worried that another debit will go off without a service now going for 2nd month. Anyone who has a light on how to cancel Rain network account, please assist. There is no option of cancelation and call center is useless
