Unreliable Service Provide

i have been a Rain Network client for over 4 years and i had some network issues and they were able to resolve. now my wifi is not working and its been days without wifi . I'm using my personal data to write this review . what i'm i paying for . I always ensure my monthly payment is always up to date.

Can i please ask Rain to assign a tech to come fix my network issues, i do not want anyone to call me and ask me to restart or reboot my next work .

i want someone to come with tools and put my wifi outside .i have lot of options to choose from, i can move my wifi to any service provider, but i choose to stay with them .
