Unreliable Service ever, no accountability

If only I reed review before signing with them. I sign with rain service because I was to work from home and I knew in 2022 I will be studying online worse decision ever, since 1 month (October 2021) I was without connection for 3 weeks but gave them a benefit of the doubt and I regret that as the network issue was always on and off.

This issue started affecting my work as I would be without internet and could not attend zoom meetings with internet kicking me out, I wont even metion calls. It escalated as I work and study as the internet would kicked me out of the meeting and class and I sent multiple emails regarding this issue and no one calls back. I made multiple calls to them no solution, how can someone says to wait for 24hrs to 48 hrs to be contacted when you have work and studies waiting. I requested by calling and emailing for someone to contact me, with no surprise no one does if they do no solution.

I then made manual cancelation on 25th of February 2022 and no one contacted me. I was forced to work from the office. The audacity to debt my money on the 1st of March and I called without anyone assisting demanding my money back, they suggested I make immediate cancelation, how can I make immediate cancelation when they already debated my money for March. I am angry and frustrated writing here, as I switched on the wifi to attend my class as I did not have any choice, now the Rain network kicked me out of class saying "the network that am connecting too is unavailable". I really need assistance with this as it's an ongoing thing. All this negatively affected my name to my team,as this delayed my work, painted a bad reputation of my name "incapable to do my job, full of excuses, unreliable". I don't want to mention messed up my focus in class. I really would appreciate assistance in getting my money back ,from Rain I want my money back for March as I made cancelation on time and they failed to render what they promised.
