Unreliable service
I have changed my billing date to the 1st of each month but still I get debited on the 25th.. I only get paid on the last day of the month. I am being penalized by my month for declined costs which is unacceptable. I have tried contacting the call centre but there is no answer. I have logged a complaint and no response.
