Unreliable network provider

They promise fast and reliable internet connections but it’s not true. I’ve been struggling all week with network connectivity. I tried calling, opened a ticket on the rain one app and tried reaching out to them on social media but nobody got back to me. It’s really frustrating knowing that they are quick to debit my account every month but still provide bad service.
