Unreliable network

Rain is really starting to fail us..just 3months ago I gave them another chance and continued with them when their call centre agents reported they will look into my problem but it was all to make me not leave., it goes off everytime on the last week of the month n u will call them the whole day while u struggle and paying them without fail n will never compensate u for the days u ddnt have network…their agents will give u the same routine and it doesn’t work…I’m honestly tired of their lies that the tower is down every month on the last day of the month and also connecting us to their 4G knowing exactly it doesn’t work.

Some of us work and our daily work is reliant on the network we paid for…Rain is the pits💔😢😩
