Unreliable ISP

I've never experienced such a terrible internet service provider. RAIN is a complete joke. Their service is intermittent at best, with constant disconnections and painfully slow speeds. Don't even bother trying to get help from their "support" team - they're either *********** or simply don't care, they do not even have a support email on their website don't bother calling you'll wait forever to get in touch with someone helpful. Don't bother using the routers support function or their mobile apps' ticket system they won't get back to you.

What's worse is their deceptive advertising. They claimed to have excellent coverage in my area, but the reality is completely different. I'm constantly struggling with a connection that's barely usable. It's clear they're only interested in signing up new customers, not providing decent service, also for the 5G Rain One router there is no mention of upload speeds anywhere on the website or on the routers web ui.

Best to look for alternatives! There are far better options out there.
